About Roofing Jacksonville Beach: Roofs Built to Pass Inspection
We've been roofing homes in and around Jacksonville Beach since 1995. We build to the Florida Building Code and tell you in plain words what the inspector will check and why. You know what's happening on your home before we start, while we work and after we leave.

How We Run a Roof Job
Over the years the rules for roofs in Florida have changed a lot, mostly after big storms showed where roofs fail. Nailing patterns got tighter. Underlayment got better. Edges and flashing got more attention. We keep up with each change because passing inspection depends on it, and so does how your roof holds up in high wind.
Every job starts with a free estimate. We get on the roof, check the flashing, vents and soft spots in the deck, and take photos. Then we tell you what the code will require for your job. On a replacement, that can mean re-nailing the deck to current spacing or adding a secondary water barrier. Those items go in the estimate up front, so they don't show up later as a surprise.
We're a GAF Certified Installer, so we put down GAF shingle systems the way the maker spells out: the right starter strip, the right nails, and the right number of them in the right place. Once the permit is approved, we set the work dates and the inspections. If an inspector flags something, we fix it and show you what changed.
What You Can Count On From Us
- 01
We handle the permit
Reroofing in Florida needs one, so we file the application and line up each inspection. You don't have to deal with the building department yourself.
- 02
Code items in plain words
If the code calls for something, we tell you what it is and why it's there. A drip edge, a sealed deck, ring-shank nails. You'll know what you're paying for and what it does when the wind picks up.
- 03
Fasteners and metal that last near the water
Plain steel nails and flashing rust out early in salt air. We use corrosion-resistant fasteners and metal where the job calls for it, on shingle roofs and on metal roofing alike.
- 04
Straight help after a storm
Post-storm inspections are free. If you file a claim, we meet with your insurance adjuster ourselves and walk them through the damage, with photos. The adjuster decides the claim. Our part is getting the damage on record.
Where We Work
We work on homes across Jacksonville Beach and nearby in Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Palm Valley, Sawgrass and Nocatee. That covers roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and metal roofing. Permits get filed with different offices depending on your address, and we sort out which one applies before the job is scheduled.

Talk Your Roof Over With Us
Tell us on the phone what's got you worried, whether it's a water stain on the ceiling or shingle pieces in the yard. We'll set a time to come out for a free estimate and go over what the code will require before you commit to anything. Financing is available if it helps.
